Miles Prescott has served as an Analyst in the technology industry for the last 20 years. This background has included providing vendor marketing strategies, SG&A analysis, revenue trends, and ERP and software enterprise advisory. For 12 years, Miles worked at AMR Research were he was involved with working with project teams of Fortune 500 and SMB companies in areas like IT Strategy, IT Governance, Master Data Management, ERP and Supply Chain Selection and Investment Validation, and Supply Chain Performance Metrics. His client base has been very broad including A&D, Automotive, Industrial, Furniture, Pulp and Paper, Metals, ProcessChem, High Tech, and General Discrete.
Miles received his B.S in Business Administration at the University of Maine, and MBA from Babson College and recently completed Project Management course at Villanova.
Robert Eastman was, most recently, with AMR Research, where for more than 12 years, Bob was Senior Client Services Manager (Major Accounts); Industry Program Manager; Manager, Client Research, Strategic Accounts; researcher and analyst.
Bob has worked with clients in the High Tech, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, and Energy industries.
Bob has worked with and consulted with clients in such areas as supply chain, ERP, product lifecycle management, business intelligence, content & document management, master data management, manufacturing, and IT management, and the Best Practices and technologies that support these enterprise wide processes.
Robert brings more than 30 years of experience working in discrete, hybrid and process manufacturing industries, with a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and an MBA from Babson College. He has done additional coursework at Northeastern University.
Bob is a certified Industry Analyst Relations Professional (CIARP).
